Simpurity Bordered Gauze Adhesive Wound Dressing

Simpurity Bordered Gauze Adhesive Wound Dressings are non-stick gauze sponge island dressings with an adhesive border. These woven sponges, constructed of 12-ply 100% USP cotton, are designed for use as secondary dressings. The absorbent sponge helps regulate exudate, resulting in a cleaner wound bed, while the adhesive border protects the wound from external contamination.

Features:

• Absorbent Gauze Pad: The center pad, consisting of 12-ply 100% USP cotton, effectively absorbs wound exudate, promoting a clean wound environment.
• Non-Adherent Pad: The gauze pad is designed to not adhere to the wound bed, which reduces discomfort during dressing changes.
• Adhesive Border: The secure adhesive border keeps the bandage in place while protecting the skin from irritation and contamination.
• Secondary Dressing: Used as a second layer, generally over topical drugs or other primary absorbent dressings.

Pad Size:

• 4 x 4 Inch: 2 x 2 Inch.
• 6 x 6.75 Inch: 4 x 4.75 Inch.

Indications: For use as a primary or secondary dressing for the management of wounds such as:

• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Partial and full thickness wounds.
• Surgical wounds.
• Stage I or II pressure ulcers.
• Minimal to moderate exudate

Instructions to Use:

1. Clean the wound with sterile cleanser or saline water, then dry the surrounding skin.
2. Choose the right dressing size to fully cover the wound area.
3. Remove one backing layer and apply half of the dressing to the wound; next, remove the second liner and secure the dressing in place.

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
