Simpurity Bordered Silicone Foam Dressing is a highly absorbent wound dressing designed to effectively handle moderate to high amounts of exudate. It combines a super-absorbent foam pad with a soft silicone touch layer. The dressing promotes a moist wound healing environment, enables atraumatic removal, reduces wound disruption, and alleviates discomfort during dressing changes.

- Gentle Adhesive Silicone Layer: Provides a moist wound healing environment while allowing for simple application and removal.
- Trauma Reduction: Helps minimize wound disruption and discomfort during dressing changes, hence enhancing patient comfort.
Direction to use:
- Clean the wound with sterile cleanser or saline water, then dry the surrounding skin.
- Choose the right dressing size to fully cover the wound area.
- Take the liners off the back of the dressing.
- Place the dressing directly on the wound bed.
- Secure the dressing with medical tape or a clear dressing.
Indications: Indicated for the management of moderate to heavily exuding wounds such as: pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, post-operative wounds, lacerations and abrasions.
Contraindications: The product is not indicated for third-degree burns or surgical implantations.
