Simpurity Foam Wound Dressing With Adhesive Border

Simpurity Foam wound dressings are made out of a soft, highly absorbent polyurethane foam pad that absorbs wound drainage and a transparent adhesive border that keeps the dressing in place. This island foam dressing contributes to a moist environment, which speeds up wound healing. It is ideal for moderate to heavily leaking wounds and features a protective backing to prevent strike through. The dressings are pleasant, simple to apply, and easy to remove from the wound.

Directions to use:

1. Clean the wound with sterile cleanser or saline water, then dry the surrounding skin.
2. Choose the appropriate size of dressing to cover the wound based on the wound area.
3. Remove one of the back layers of dressing and apply half of it to the wound. Then, remove the second liner and apply the remainder of the dressing to the wound.
4. Take the top liner coverings from the top of the dressing.
