Simpurity IV Derm Transparent Silicone Film Dressing is a sterile, latex-free dressing intended to form a watertight barrier around IV catheters and wounds. It protects insertion sites and wounds from water, dirt, and germs, which can slow healing and raise the risk of infection. The transparent film enables for continuous visual monitoring of the IV site or wound without requiring removal, hence reducing patient pain.
