Simpurity Super Absorbent Dressing Pads

Simpurity Super Absorbent Dressing Pads are made from non-woven super absorbent fibers that can absorb up to 20 times their own weight in fluids. The pads promote a moist wound healing environment by allowing moisture vapor and oxygen exchange while inhibiting strike-through and leaking. This promotes proper exudate control and protects the surrounding skin.

Features:

• Moist wound healing promotes faster healing by maintaining an adequate moisture balance.
• Breathable design allows for oxygen and moisture vapor exchange at the wound site.
• Anti-seepage protection: Helps to prevent leakage and protects the surrounding skin.
• Soft and comfortable: The nonwoven material is pleasant on the skin.
• ABD pad alternative: Provides better absorption and a more comfortable fit.
• One extremely absorbent pad layer is equivalent to approximately 36 layers of ordinary medical gauze.

Indications: For use as a primary dressing in the management of:

• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Moderate to highly exuding wounds.
• Surgical wounds.
• Arterial, venous and diabetic ulcers.
• Skin grafts and donor sites.
• Burns.

Directions to use:

1. Clean the wound with a sterile cleanser or saline solution and dry the surrounding skin.
2. Select or cut the dressing to an appropriate size to fully cover the wound.
3. Apply the dressing with the white side placed directly on the wound bed.
4. Secure with a suitable secondary cover dressing.

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
