Simpurity Xeroform Impregnated Gauze is a sterile, non-adhering occlusive bandage composed of fine-mesh absorbent gauze injected with an antibacterial petrolatum combination. It helps to keep the wound wet while adapting easily to body contours, making it ideal for compression therapy and wounds with minor exudate that require moderate medication and deodorization.

Directions for Use:

1. Clean the wound with a sterile cleaner or saline solution, then dry the surrounding skin.
2. Choose a dressing size that covers the entire wound area.
3. Open the package and remove the impregnated gauze.
4. Apply straight to the wound bed.
5. Secure with the necessary secondary dressing.
