• Manufacturer does not warrant goods that have been misused or abused.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after this period.
• To initiate a return, please obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The RGA number must be clearly displayed on each returned package for processing.
• Approved return merchandise must be shipped to the location provided by our customer service team.
• For your protection, we recommend keeping a record of the shipment when returning merchandise, including proof of delivery from the carrier.
• If the merchandise is in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the manufacturer’s part.
• Your account will be credited for the returned merchandise once it is received and processed.
• Credits for returns will be issued to the original purchaser. The credit can be applied to your open balance or future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
• Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and must be returned in their original packaging at the customer’s expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
• For hygiene and bath products, returns are not accepted due to health and safety concerns.
