Pico 14 Single Use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System that gently draws excess fluid from wounds and surgical incisions to support a controlled moist healing environment. The system uses an enhanced pump and advanced dressing technology to manage exudate by simultaneous absorption and evaporation, help protect the wound from external contamination, and reduce the frequency of dressing changes - with continuous therapy for up to 14 days per application.

Indications:

• It is indicated for patients who would benefit from a suction device delivering negative pressure wound therapy as it may promote wound healing via removal of low to moderate levels of exudate and infectious materials.
• Single Use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is appropriate for use on the following wound types: actue, chronic, closed surgical incisions, traumatic, subacute and dehisced, flaps and grafts, partial thickness burns and ulcers (such as diabetic or pressure).

How It Works:

The PICO 7Y NPWT system consists of a small, battery-operated pump connected to two absorbent dressings via an extended soft port. When activated, negative pressure (suction) is applied uniformly across both wound dressings, drawing excess exudate into the dressings and offloading fluid from the wound bed. The dressing's outer film allows moisture vapor transpiration while helping protect against external contaminants.
