SOD Anamix Early Years Unflavored Infant Formula

SOD Anamix Early Years Infant Formula is a specialized powdered formula designed for infants and young children who require a diet with restricted methionine and cystine. It is developed for the dietary management of conditions such as sulfite oxidase deficiency (SOD) and should be used only under medical supervision. The formula is suitable for oral or tube feeding and is not intended for parenteral use. Powdered infant formula is not sterile, and freshly prepared formula is recommended for feeding. If formula is prepared in advance, it should be cooled rapidly, stored in a refrigerator, and used within 24 hours. Any formula remaining in the bottle after one hour of feeding should be discarded. Store unopened containers in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures. Once opened, the contents should be used within two weeks and the lid should be securely closed after each use.

To Make formula:

• Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area before preparing the formula
• Pour the required amount of cooled, boiled water into a sterilized feeding bottle
• Add the prescribed number of level scoops of formula using the scoop provided
• Place the cap on the bottle and shake until the powder dissolves completely
• Shake the bottle again immediately before feeding
