Special Tomato Soft-Touch Sitters are an adaptable seating solution that offers support in a number of sitting positions. Special Tomato Sitters are designed for children who have mild to moderate posture issues. Soft-Touch products are made of Special Tomato's soft-to-the-touch material, which is antimicrobial, fluid-impervious, latex-free, and peel-and-tear-resistant.

All the Sitters come with attachment straps as a standard feature. This allows the sitters to be firmly attached to a stable dining chair, classroom chair, stroller, or any of the Special Tomato Bases. The Soft-Touch Floor Sitter comes in four different variations: sitter only, sitter with floor base, sitter with mobile base and sitter with stationary base.

Soft-Touch Floor Sitter has three different base options:

• Sitter with Floor Base: It ensures that the child is completely supported when on the floor. This level of seating allows children to interact with special needs and peers who are playing on the floor.
• Sitter with Stationary Base: It allows children to be close to the ground without requiring caretakers to carry them all the way down. Furniture glides are included with the Stationary Base to protect the floors.
• Sitter with Mobile Base: The Mobile Base is similar to the Stationary Base, but has wheels to allow to move the child around the room or from room to room.

Ways To Use Your Special Tomato Sitter

• The manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product, that if any part or component proves defective in material or workmanship within five years of the purchase date, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s discretion, free of charge.
• Warranty service may be performed by an authorized service center or the factory.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident or misuse.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.

• All returns must have an RA number (returned authorization number), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• All products must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of this RA#. RA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return packaging and labels.
• The item's must be in new and resalable condition and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
• Any costs required to make the item re-saleable will be deducted from your credit. If the item cannot be made re-saleable you have the option of paying to have the item delivered back to you or paying a 25% Disposal Fee.
• You must keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport. Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
• Restocking fee is applicable as per schedule below:
