Suprasorb A + Ag is the best treatment for wounds that secrete a lot. These dressings, which are made from calcium alginate derived from natural brown seaweed, are incredibly absorbent. Even deep wounds can be filled with this comfortable and soft wound dressing, which fits into almost any wound bed. When the dressing comes into contact with wound exudate, it turns into a gel. Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are among the wound bacteria that Suprasorb A + Ag's silver has an antibacterial effect on. In the in vitro challenge test, the silver ions shield the dressing from a wide range of bacterial contamination for up to three days. The dressing is offered as both a rope dressing and a flat sheet.
