Instructions for Use:

1. Preparation: Wear the brace over a clean, dry athletic sock for optimal comfort and hygiene.
2. Application: Pull the brace over the foot like a sock. Pull up on the inside strap and secure it to the top of the brace. Repeat this step for the outside strap. Lace through each eyelet, pulling the laces tight at each set of eyelets. Tie at the top to secure.
3. Adjustment: Re-adjust the straps by pulling them tight and securing them to the top of the brace. Finally, wrap the top strap around the ankle and secure it with the hook and loop closure.
