Instructions for Use:

1. Preparation: Wear the brace over a clean, dry athletic sock for optimal comfort and hygiene.
2. Application: Pull the brace over the foot like a sock. Lace through each eyelet, pulling the laces tight at each set of eyelets. Tie at the top to secure.
3. Secure the Straps: Starting with the strap on the inside of the ankle, pull it over the laces, under the arch of the foot, and back up the ankle. Pull tight and secure it to the side of the brace. Repeat this step for the outside strap. Finally, wrap the top strap around the ankle and secure it in place.

Washing Instructions:

1. Close Fasteners: Before washing, ensure all hook and loop fasteners are securely closed to prevent damage to other fabrics.
2. Hand Wash Cold: Regularly hand wash the brace using cold water and mild soap to maintain its integrity.
