JoJu (Carpal Hand Pad)

Swell Spots JoJu can be used to soften fibrosis, reduce swelling, and protect the bony areas of the hand. Therapists can also use the Spot to soften carpal tunnel surgery scars too. It measures 4.5 cm wide by 7 cm long. The Swell Spot should be used with compression bandaging or a compression garment. The foam particles helps create localized tissue stretch and pressure differential when placed against the skin. This opens lymphatic gaps and encourages fluid movement, which reduces swelling. The gray, microfiber material also helps with this process. It clings to the skin to avoid unwanted movement and helps with the tissue stretch. It's also breathable and wicking to keep you cool during your edema management.

Kimbe (Kidney Pad)

Appropriate for reducing swelling of the scapula, as well as over the groin and neck area. Use under low stretch compression bandaging to help address swelling of the scapular (shoulder). The 14 cm by 24 cm padding can also be used to break up fibrosis and reduce swelling in the groin and neck areas. The uniquely shaped pad helps treat troublesome areas of edema. The padding and microfiber material work together to open up lymphatic gaps by encouraging tissue stretch. This allows the fluid to move and be re-absorbed, reducing swelling. It also helps break up hard tissue.
