The Headmaster Cervical Collar is made of a light, airy cloth that is machine washable and free of latex. For patients needing head and neck support due to illnesses like ALS, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, dropped head syndrome (DHS), radiation fibrosis syndrome, motor neurone disease, and many others that cause neck muscle weakness, Headmaster has been the recommended collar for thirty years. Gentler Headmaster Collars are appropriate for infants who require head support as early as six months of age.
