Tandem Mobi Adhesive Sleeve

The Tandem Mobi adhesive sleeve is a nonsterile accessory that may be used to secure the Tandem Mobi insulin pump for up to three days. The sleeve is intended for single use application, do not attempt to reuse or reapply the sleeve.

WARNINGS

• DO NOT place the sleeve on mucous membranes or compromised skin.
• DO NOT use sleeve if you have sensitive, irritated, fragile, or easily damaged skin or if you have an allergy to one or more acrylics.
• ALWAYS insert infusion set and connect to the pump before applying the sleeve to ensure the tubing is not stretched. Failure to follow these steps could result in crimping or dislodgement at the infusion site, which could affect the performance of the cannula. This could lead to hyperglycemia (high blood glucose)

PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT wear or place your pump more than 12 inches above your infusion site. Doing so may result in over delivery of insulin.

How to Use

• After completing the steps to load a cartridge using the Tandem Mobi mobile app, disconnect the tubing at the infusion site.
• Place the pump with the Pump button touching the sleeve.
• Lift and hold the tab at the end of the sleeve.
• Push the pump through the sleeve until it is fully seated into the tray.
• Connect the infusion set tubing to the infusion site.
• Grip the pump with one hand while you peel off the adhesive paper backing.
• Apply the sleeve onto your skin at the chosen location
• Smooth out the fabric and press around the edges.

Tip: When placing the sleeve onto your skin, it's helpful to keep the pump button and LED Status Indicator facing up for easier visibility.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
