Teleflex Aqua+ HCH Heat & Moisture Exchanger, neonatal

Aqua+ HCH delivers effective humidification in neonatal ventilation circuits. Engineered for small tidal volumes (10 - 50 ml), it returns heat and moisture to the inspired gas and helps reduce airway drying. Ideal for neonatal respiratory care settings when passive humidification is required.

Features:

• Hygroscopic media: Utilises ?fiber-free, cellular hygroscopically treated media.
• Neonatal/Infant volume range: Designed for use with tidal volumes of approximately 10?50 mL.
• High moisture return: Moisture output ≈ 32.26 mg H₂O/L at VT 25 mL.
• Low airflow resistance and dead space: Resistance ~2.68 cm H₂O @ 15 L/min and dead space ~2.07 mL.
• Single-patient use: Each unit is individually packaged.
• Optional filter version with high filtration efficiency: Filtered units have bacterial/viral filtration efficiency of 99.99%
