How to use:

1. Prep: Wash your hands and your vagina with one of your favorite HP feminine hygiene washes
2. Insert: Similar to a tampon, gently insert the boric acid suppository vaginally 2x per day for 7 days.
3. Finish: Wash and clean the applicator, then reuse.
