Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of purchase under the following:

• Frame: Limited lifetime on frame (Structural Only)
• Electrical components: 5 Years warranty
• Foam and Upholstery: 2 Years warranty
• Battery: 1 Year Warranty
• Labor Warranty: Labor covered on repairs in 1st year
• Moving components, hardware, accessories: 1 Year Warranty

• The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delay, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.

Any obligation of the manufacturer under this Warranty shall automatically and immediately terminate, without notice from or any further action by manufacturer and the manufacturer shall have no responsibility for damages of any kind as a result of the occurrence of any of the following:

• Alteration or obliteration of any identifying marks.
• Accident, misuse, abuse or negligent use of the products or any component thereof;
• Any repair or alteration of the products or any component thereof made outside manufacturer authorization;
• Failure to provide normal maintenance for the products or any component thereof in accordance with the product operating manual;
• Improper installation, setup, or operation (including both mechanical and electrical) of the Products or any component thereof, which includes operation of the Product not in accordance with the product’s operating manual;

Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date.
• A restocking fee may apply upon inspection of the returned item.
• Orders canceled during production may be subject to a restocking fee.
• All returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
• Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered, and returned in their original packaging at the customer's expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
• For hygiene reasons, used or opened hygiene products cannot be returned.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

A. Yes, you can choose from four top configurations, two widths (34" or 36"), and different upholstery colors. Additional optional features like a manual elevating midsection is also available in the Control Options.

A. Absolutely. The built-in low-profile locking casters make it easy to roll the table between rooms when needed. Once in place, the casters lock securely, keeping the table stable during treatments—ideal for dynamic clinic layouts.

A. The standard Thera-P Electric Table is a 1-section model with a flat cushion and no positioning adjustments. However, 2, 3, and 5-section models offer lower extremity angle adjustment from 0° to 65°. The 3 and 5-section models also include an adjustable head section (+40° to -90°), while the 5-section model features additional armrests that adjust vertically (0" to 7") and horizontally (0° to 45°), providing greater flexibility for patient comfort and clinical needs.

A. Yes, the table uses a quiet electric lift system operated by a foot pedal, making it simple to adjust the height between 17" and 35". For even more convenience, you can opt for dual foot control or a foot bar from control options, which helps therapists to adjust positioning without disrupting care.
