How To Use

Putting on your device

• Find an appropriate place to sit or stand upright
• Hold the strap's left and right sides in either hand and tweak to ensure they are around the same length
• Wrap the left side strap around your belly button, then the right strap on top. The Velcro strap holds the item in place
• The garments should feel tight but not overly tight. The control module should be positioned between the center of your body and your right hip
• To put on the device, put the garment around your lower back. Place the wrap such that the control module is on your right side, facing outward

Using your garment

• Push and hold the power button for two seconds
• Insert the battery into the control panel. The therapy will last approximately 20 minutes. If you want to repeat the therapy, turn the garment back on
• There's only one proper battery insertion position in the battery dock. Do not force the battery into position. When inserting, make sure the Therabody logo is facing outward
• Tap the vibration button to include vibration therapy in your back therapy. Short-pressing the vibration button will toggle between the three vibration modes (low intensity, high intensity, and wave)
• It heats both the front and back of your core, providing a fully modified 360-degree heat therapy treatment. To switch among the three temperatures on the front and back, simply short-press the heat buttons
