How to Guide
Connect the Cold Therapy attachment to your Theragun PRO Plus to include it into your daily routine. To turn on the device, firmly push the center button. When you turn on the gadget, the TFT LCD screen will light up. To toggle to the cold indicator, short-press the right button. Shortly push the up button to make the temperature colder, and vice versa.
There are 3 cold temperature options:
- Low: Use the low temperature level for delicate areas or if you are new to cold treatment
- Medium: Use the medium temperature option for overall recovery and pain
- High: Use the high temperature setting to provide focused pain relief
