Tumble Forms Therapist Starter Kits are a specially selected assortment of rolls and wedges that are ideal for gross motor activities including rolling, tumbling, and walking up or downhill. For reading or fine motor exercises, the Therapist Starter Kit offers comfortable positioning.

Rolls have adaptive shapes for:

• Neurodevelopment training
• Rolling and rocking movements

• Pack #1: 1 Raised roll (4½" x 6" x 24"), 1 Roll (8" x 24"), 1 Wedge (6" x 20" x 22")
• Pack #2: 1 Raised roll (6" x 8" x 30"), 1 Roll (10" x 36"), 1 Wedge (12" x 24" x 28")
• Pack #3: 1 Raised roll (4½" x 6" x 24"), 1 Roll (8" x 24"), 1 Roll (16" x 48"), 1 Wedge (6" x 20" x 22"), 1 Wedge (10" x 24" x 28")

• Manufacturer warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
• Customer must notify us of any manufacturing defect within five days to get a free replacement.

• All returns must have an RGA number (returned goods authorization number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The item(s) must be in new and resalable condition and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
• No returns accepted for Hygiene & Bath products due to health concerns
