Tumble forms P.T. Prone Positioning Pillow offers a molded pillow for comfortable breathing and support while the user is in a prone position during the massage, traction, or other treatments. Prone positioning pillow is latex free and its antimicrobial protection ensures long-lasting and durable use.

Warranty

Manufacture warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
Customer must notify us of any manufacturing defect within five days to get a free replacement.

Return

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product.

All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. For applicable restocking fees, please consult the chart below.

61 - 90 days	25% of price of all returned items.

An RGA number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

RGA numbers expire after 30 days. Please return your items within this timeframe.

To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is not caused by a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.
