TYR Anamix Early Years Infant Formula is a specialized powdered formula developed for infants and young children diagnosed with Tyrosinemia (TYR). The formula is free from phenylalanine and tyrosine and provides a carefully balanced blend of amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements to support nutritional intake as part of a medically supervised diet. Preparation Instructions:
- Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area before preparing the formula.
- Pour the required amount of cooled, boiled water into a sterilized feeding bottle.
- Add the prescribed number of level scoops of formula powder using the scoop provided.
- Close the bottle with the cap and shake well until the powder dissolves completely.
- Shake the bottle again before feeding.
Important Information:
- Freshly prepared formula is recommended for feeding.
- Formula prepared in advance should be cooled quickly, stored in the refrigerator, and used within 24 hours.
- Any formula remaining in the bottle after one hour of feeding should be discarded.
- Powdered infant formula is not sterile.
- To prepare a standard dilution (21 kcal/fl oz), add one unpacked level scoop (5 g) of powder to each fluid ounce of water.
- Only use the scoop provided with the product, and for accurate preparation the formula may be weighed using a gram scale.
- The formula may be mixed with warm or cool water that has been boiled.
- Do not boil the prepared formula and do not use a microwave to prepare or warm it.
