INDICATION
For post-surgical use after construction of a colostomy, an ileostomy or a urostomy. For use with both 1- and 2-piece systems.

PRECAUTION

• Use the device according to the indications to prevent injury or damage
• Follow recommendations given by your doctor or ostomy nurse
• The device may influence the stoma drainage if it is too small or fitted too tight
• Remove the device if any unexpected discomfort, stoma or skin irritation occurs
• By urgent need for removal of the device, open with scissors
• The device may contain traces of softening and antistatic agents

Instructions for Use
The device in its primary packaging is prepared for direct clinical use.

Step 1
The text on the inner layer must be located on the inside at the top. Pull up StomaSafe Plus like underwear and ensure the hole on the inner layer is positioned in front of the ostomy pouch.

Step 2
Fold up the outer layer until the hole on the inner layer is fully visible and carefully pull the ostomy pouch through the hole.

Step 3
Fold up the ostomy pouch and place the bottom part in the small pocket located at the bottom of the outer layer.

Step 4
Fold down the outer layer so that it fully covers the ostomy pouch.
