• One Year Limited Warranty: Activators Poles and Activator 2 Poles.

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase.

• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, vandalism, unauthorized modification, use of non-manufacturer parts, unauthorized repairs, or shipping damage. Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier.

• Under this warranty, the manufacturer may repair, replace, or refund the defective product at its discretion. This is the sole and exclusive remedy.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• A Return Authorization is required prior to sending any merchandise back. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
• A copy of the original receipt and credit card slip must accompany all returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
• Products must be returned in good condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer defect.
• A $15 administrative fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
• The return policy follows the standard terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
