This maximum strength daytime formula combines four active ingredients to address several symptoms at once. Acetaminophen helps reduce fever and relieve pain including headache and sore throat. Dextromethorphan works as a cough suppressant to help control cough caused by throat irritation. Guaifenesin helps thin and loosen mucus to relieve chest congestion, while phenylephrine helps relieve nasal and sinus congestion.

The liquid formula provides fast acting relief and is flavored with real honey for a smoother taste. Vicks has been trusted for more than 125 years to help relieve cold and flu symptoms.

Active Ingredients (in each 15 mL dose)

• Acetaminophen 325 mg – Pain reliever and fever reducer

Directions

• Adults and children 12 years and over: 30 mL every 4 hours
• Children 6 to under 12 years: 15 mL every 4 hours
• Children 4 to under 6 years: ask a doctor
• Children under 4 years: do not use
• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
