How To Apply

1. Clean the wound with sterile physiological saline using existing clinical protocol. Dry the surrounding skin gently.
2. Peel open the packet and apply sufficient powder to ensure approximately 1⁄4” depth of coverage of the wound bed. Do not overpack or compress powder, as it may expand as it absorbs wound exudate.
3. Choose and apply an appropriate secondary dressing or cover with an absorbent dressing to secure and protect the collagen powder.
4. Change dressings daily, as directed, when fully saturated or according to facility change policy, but at least every 7 days.
5. When changing, remove the secondary dressing, and gently remove the gel formed of dressing and exudate. Clean the wound with sterile physiological saline using existing clinical protocol. Dry the surrounding skin gently
