How to Apply

1. Cleanse the wound area following your healthcare provider's instructions.
2. Dry the surrounding skin completely.
3. Cut ZeniFOAM to the appropriate size, ensuring coverage beyond the wound margins.
4. Apply the white side of the dressing directly over the wound bed
5. Secure with a secondary dressing, gauze, or compression wrap as directed by a medical provider.
6. Replace the dressing when exudate reaches the foam's edge, if leakage occurs, or as instructed by your clinician.

Indications for use:

ZeniFOAM is suitable for managing moderate to heavily exuding wounds, including:

• Pressure ulcers
• Partial- and full-thickness wounds
• Donor sites
• Diabetic ulcers
• First- and second-degree burns
• Abrasions and leg ulcers

Contraindication:

• Do not use as an internal dressing/sponge.
• Do not use on third-degree burns.
• Do not use if a known allergy or hypersensitivity exists to the dressing or its components.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct light.
• Keep the dressing sealed in its original sterile packaging until ready for use.
