Description

ZeniPAD PLUS is a sterile, multi-layered composite wound dressing designed for effective absorption in minimal to moderately draining wounds. It features a non-adherent contact layer, an absorbent non-woven pad, and a breathable polyurethane barrier film, all secured with a conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape. This waterproof dressing helps maintain an optimal moist healing environment while serving as a protective bacterial barrier. Its advanced multi-layer construction supports comfort, protection, and efficient wound management.

Features & Benefits:

  • Waterproof Design: Protects the wound from external moisture and contaminants.
  • Conformable Adhesive Border: Ensures secure placement while allowing flexibility over curved or hard-to-dress areas.
  • Non-Adherent Contact Layer: Prevents dressing from sticking to the wound, minimizing trauma during changes.
  • Absorbent Pad: Manages minimal to moderate exudate and prevents fluid strike-through.
  • Maintains Moist Wound Environment: Supports faster healing and reduces risk of desiccation.
  • Rounded Corners: Reduce premature lifting for a more secure dressing.
  • Primary or Secondary Dressing Use: Versatile for different wound care needs.
  • Patient-Friendly: Clinically tested, latex-friendly, non-cytotoxic, and non-irritating.

How to Apply

  1. Clean the wound and surrounding skin thoroughly.
  2. Apply ZeniPAD PLUS so that the absorbent pad extends 1" to 1-1/4" beyond the wound edges.
  3. Secure the dressing with the adhesive-coated fabric tape.
  4. Replace the dressing when saturated, leaking, or per healthcare provider instructions.
  5. To remove, gently lift one corner and slowly peel the dressing away from the wound to minimize trauma.
