Do both Advanced and Moderate Seating come standard with a canopy?
Yes.

What style canopy comes on the Advanced and Moderate Seating?
Advanced has the choice of Crossover with color chosen. Moderate has the Crossover style only with Polka Dots and the color chosen.

Can the short back shell be replaced with the tall one?
No. This requires replacing with a completely new chair.

Does the Transit Harness come standard when you order the transit kit?
Advanced Seating: Yes. Moderate Seating: No.

When replacing the Tilt Lever on the frame and the screw strips out where it mounts, can it be replaced?
No. This requires replacing the frame.

Can we order parts to fix a frame that isn't folding or will not lock into the upright position?
No. This requires replacing the frame.

Is the Glider Board in Sunparts the same thing as the Rear Add-On Accessory Platform?
Yes.

What could prevent the Seating Shell from locking onto the Slide-N-Lock Mechanism in Reverse Position?

• There could be a strap in the way
• The Red Lock Switch on the Release Lever is not locked
• The Footrest angle is too far in, preventing the Shell from sliding in

What is the weight capacity for the Utility Hook?
You should not hang anything on the handlebars over 5 lbs.

Does the Rear Accessory Platform fold with the frame?
Yes, but it does not stay folded when carrying it. It has to be held up in place or it will fall down into the open position.

Does the underframe vent tray fold with the frame?
Yes.

What is the weight capacity for the Undercarriage Storage?
