How To Wear:

Step 1: Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.

Step 2: Pull the left foot strap up and over top of the foot, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.

Step 3: Follow the same directions for the right foot strap. Adjust both the straps until it fits around bottom of foot and feels firm, yet comfortable.

Care Instructions: Attach all the closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
