While not intended for pressure reduction, it also serves as effective padding for beds, chairs, and other surfaces requiring cushioning. The lightweight, conformable material can be easily cut, layered, and shaped to fit individual needs. Available in medium- and high-support pad options, it adheres securely to a variety of surfaces to provide reliable protection and comfort.

Contraindications:

This product is not to be used as a dressing in post-surgical treatment procedures such as liposuction.

Warnings:

• Reston self-adhering foam products have not been evaluated for use as a compression dressing material in surgical procedures such as liposuction.
• The product should not be applied to the skin under tension. Such uses can result in damage to the skin such as blistering or tearing which may lead to hypopigmentation and the risk of serious infection.
• Reston self-adhering foam products should not be placed in direct contact with an open wound.

Directions for Use:

1. Open the package and remove the foam pad.
2. Peel the paper liner from the pad, exposing the adhesive.
3. Position the pad over the body area (or device) to be covered with the adhesive side towards that area.
4. With the pad in a relaxed form, gently apply the pad to the desired area.
5. Gently smooth the pad from the center towards the edges to prevent tension.

Storage and Shelf Life:

For best results, store at normal room temperature, 59-86°F (15-30°C) and out of direct UV light. For shelf life, refer to the expiration date which is printed on the package.
