Instructions For Use:
- Prepare the affected area by applying one or two layers of 3M Stockinet and/or wrapping with 3M Cast Padding for added protection.
- Wear gloves during the wrapping process to prevent resin transfer and adherence to the skin.
- Select the desired width of Scotchcast casting tape, opening only one roll at a time to prevent premature hardening due to room humidity.
- Immerse the roll of tape in room temperature water, adjusting the immersion time and temperature to control the set time.
- Construct the cast by wrapping spirally, ensuring slight tension on the tape for a snug fit. Avoid excessive tightness while maintaining adequate layers for strength and porosity.
