Abbott Liquid Protein Fortifier is the first and only commercially sterile, extensively hydrolyzed liquid protein fortifier for preterm infants who may require additional protein. Use as directed by a physician.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The health of the infant depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing infant feedings.

• This product is nutritionally incomplete. Must be mixed with human milk, fortified human milk, or formula before feeding.
• Do not attach nipple and ring to Liquid Protein Fortifier bottle.
• Do not add water.
• Shake gently.
• Do not use if breakaway ring is missing or broken.
• Twist off cap.
• Pour Liquid Protein Fortifier into medicine cup.
• Draw up volume specified by a healthcare professional into a single use oral syringe.
• Dispense into measured human milk or formula and swirl.
• Pour desired amount of mixture into feeding container.
• Discard unused dispensed fortifier.  

STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
• Fortifier: Refrigerate after opening; use within 72 hours or discard.
• Fortified human milk or formula: Once mixed, refrigerate and use within 24 hours or discard.

• The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions provided by the product manufacturer.

• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
