Instructions for Use:

• Follow the physician's instructions carefully; proper hygiene and handling are critical.
• Do not attach nipple and ring to Liquid Protein Fortifier bottle; do not add water.
• Shake gently before use and twist off the cap.
• Pour into a medicine cup and draw the specified volume with a single-use oral syringe.
• Dispense into measured human milk or formula and swirl to mix.
• Pour the desired amount into the feeding container; discard unused fortifier.

Storage & Handling:

• Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
• Refrigerate fortifier after opening and use within 72 hours or discard.
• Fortified human milk or formula should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours or discarded.
