Hollister Adapt Barrier Rings are flexible ostomy accessories designed to improve pouch fit and skin protection. These flat barrier rings help fill in uneven skin surfaces around the stoma, creating a smoother, more secure base for your ostomy barrier. Adapt rings can be cut, stretched, or stacked to customize fit and are made with Hollister’s Flextend M formulation for extended wear and protection.

How to Use:

1. Wash and dry your skin thoroughly.
2. Remove the barrier ring from the plastic tray, then remove the protective coverings from both sides of the barrier ring.
3. Stretch and shape before applying. You may choose to:
4. Apply the barrier ring to the adhesive side of your skin barrier. or
5. Apply the barrier ring to your skin and then apply your pouching system.
6. Stack barrier rings if needed, for an improved fit.
7. To remove, gently peel away from the skin when you change your pouching system.

• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
