Alimed FREEDOM Swedish Ankle Foot Orthosis

Alimed freedom swedish ankle foot orthosis is an injection-molded polypropylene splint designed to provide static dorsiflexion assistance and lateral stability for the entire foot-ankle area. The injection molding allows for varying thickness, with a thicker vertical aspect for rigidity and a thinner footplate that may be trimmed with a pair of ordinary scissors. A heat gun can be used to further shape the splint. The splint features a low arch and an open heel, contributing to its streamlined profile that easily fits into any shoe. Securing the AFO brace is a padded hook-and-loop strap around the calf. This versatile splint can be trimmed to fit with scissors and is available on the Left or Right, Men's and Women's sizes, and Black or White options, offering a customized solution for a range of users.
