How to use a Cunningham Clamp:

1. Wash and dry your hands properly with a clean towel or paper.
2. The Hinged Clamp is squeezed shut when the user inserts the penis between the two foam pads.
3. Remember to tighten your clamp to compress the urethra.
4. The Large and regular clamps have five separate settings to control male incontinence.
5. Adjust the pressure with a Ratchet Catch.
6. Press inwards on both the spring wire loops to release the catch.
7. Please note that Juvenile Clamp is not adjustable.
8. Shape the upper foam pad to adjust the fit and comfortability.
9. Release the clamp to urinate.
10. After you are finished urinating, Place the clamp back to prevent dribbling.
11. It is recommended to place the clamp on a different part of your shaft.

Precautions you should take while using Cunningham Penile Clamp:

• Do not keep the clamp in the same place for more than two hours.
• Do not keep it overnight (Avoid using it while sleeping).
• The Penile Clamp should be replaced after 3 months or sooner if the foam deteriorates.
