Instructions:

Dry Heat Therapy:

• Insert the pad into the cloth cover.
• Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
• Scroll the controller to desired settings.
• Place the pad on the area to be treated.
• Turn the pad off and unplug the power cord when finished.

Moist Heat Therapy:

• Insert the pad into the cloth cover without the sponge.
• Saturate the sponge with warm water and wring out any excess.
• Place the sponge on the heating pad inside the cloth cover.
• Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
• Set the controller to desired settings.
• Turn the pad off and unplug the power cord when finished.

Care Instructions:

• Set the controller to OFF.
• Unplug the pad from the wall outlet.
• Hand wash in warm water and line dry.
• Do not plug the pad until it is dry.
• Store in a cool place when not in use.
• Do not dry clean, bleach, or use a wringer.
