Donjoy economy hinged knee brace is designed for optimal comfort and support with its cool and breathable Drytex construction. It is available in wraparound styles to cater to individual preferences for fit and comfort. The encased hinges with aluminum uprights provide stability and can be conveniently removed for washing the soft goods. The popliteal cutout enhances fit and comfort, making it suitable for individuals with mild MCL and/or LCL sprains, mild arthritis, post-arthroscopic meniscectomy, and mild global instabilities. The wraparound style is particularly beneficial for patients who may have difficulty bending over, and the open patella and popliteal cutout contribute to an improved overall fit and comfort. Sizing is based on measurements taken at the center of the knee, 6" above the knee center for thigh circumference, and 6" below the knee center for calf circumference.
