Any product found to be defective in material and workmanship during normal use will be repaired or replaced according to the schedule below:

- Items must be returned in their unopened original packaging at the customer's expense.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
- All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You can request an RGA by contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply to this product's return policy.
- Non-Configured Products: These are any products that were not customized to your order (e.g., unpainted parts, accessories, standard seating). You can return them within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee, even if due to customer error. However, original shipping costs and credit card/PayPal processing fees may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee
- Configured Products: These are products that are custom-built to your order. There is a 40% restocking fee on all returns of configured products.
- This is a hygiene item. It can only be returned if unopened and in its original packaging. Approved return requests will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom fabricated products may not be returned.
