Per 2 capsule serving: Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745

Other ingredients: Lactose, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (derived from pine bark).

Appropriate for lactose intolerance.

Suggested Use: 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily.

How to Take: Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz. of water or juice. Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.

How long should I take Florastor?

Florastor can be taken daily to maintain digestive health. Florastor can only benefit you during days of use. Florastor does not colonize the gut and is naturally eliminated within five days after last consumption. It is recommended to take Florastor for at least 2 weeks.
