Instructions:

• Check skin for irritation or sign of injury before, periodically during, and after each use
• Open outer package just prior to use
• Shake to activate
• Warmer heats up in 15-30 minutes
• If heat decreases, expose warmer to air and shake
• Do not open, puncture or tear warmer
• After use, dispose with regular garbage
• Check expiration date as expired warmers are less effective

Store in a cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat and low humidity.
