Invacare microAIR MA600 Alternating Pressure Low Air Loss Mattress
Features
Invacare microAIR MA600 Alternating Pressure Low Air Loss Mattress System is a state-of-the-art solution designed to aid in the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries. This advanced system combines alternating pressure with low air loss technology to provide optimal pressure relief and comfort for patients.
Features:
- Advanced 3-in-1 Alternating Pressure System: The MA600 mattress system features an advanced 3-in-1 alternating function that inflates and deflates cells in a 3:1 cycle. This dynamic process actively relieves pressure by supporting 2/3 of the body at any given time, reducing the risk of pressure injuries.
- Max Inflate Mode: The Max Inflate Mode allows for quick maximum inflation within seconds, facilitating transfers and nursing procedures with ease.
- Cell-in-Cell Design: With a cell-in-cell design, this mattress system helps prevent bottoming out in the event of a power failure, ensuring continuous support and safety for patients.
- Soft Nylon Urethane Backed Cells: The soft nylon urethane backed cells not only provide easy cleaning but also help minimize the proliferation of bacterial growth, maintaining a hygienic environment for patients.
- Multiple Snap Bladders: The mattress system features multiple snap bladders that make cells more secure, even with resident movement, ensuring stability and comfort throughout use.
- HeelSense™ Technology: Utilizing HeelSense™ Technology, the mattress system provides additional therapy and comfort by decreasing pressure in the resident's vulnerable heel area, reducing the risk of pressure ulcers.
Additional Features:
Highly Vapor Permeable Top Cover:
- The oversized pliable quilted nylon top cover is highly vapor permeable, providing low shear, friction, and moisture protection for enhanced comfort and skin integrity.
Cable Management System:
- The integrated cable management system keeps cords away from the ground, helping prevent trip hazards and ensuring safety in the patient's environment.
Nylon Non-Slip Base Cover:
- The nylon non-slip base cover helps reduce shear and friction during bed articulation, enhancing patient comfort and stability.
