Specially treated with chromate salt to enhance the suture's durability and resistance to absorption, this product is ideal for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in ophthalmic procedures. The suture's absorbable nature makes it a temporary support during the critical healing period, typically absorbed within 90 days after implantation.
