Easy to use, allowing you to control the suction level for your comfort. Do not place LatchAssist parts directly in the sink, because germs in sinks or drains could contaminate the nipple everter. Place LatchAssist parts in a clean wash basin used only for washing infant feeding equipment.</p><p>After washing, place LatchAssist parts on a clean, unused dish towel or paper towel in an area protected from dirt and dust. Do not use the dish towel to rub or pat dry. Allow LatchAssist parts to dry completely before use and storage.</p><p>Gently squeeze bulb and place the shield over and around your nipple. Lightly press shield down against the skin to ensure an airtight seal. Slowly release the bulb for the desired pressure. Repeat gently until your nipple is extended and the baby can easily latch on to the breast. To remove, squeeze bulb and gently pull away from breast. After use, wash again, rinse and air dry.</p><p>Please read all instructions and use only as directed.</p>
