Liquinox Critical Cleaning Liquid Detergent

Liquinox Critical Cleaning Liquid Detergent is a concentrated, anionic detergent formulated for both manual and ultrasonic cleaning. It is free-rinsing to ensure reliable results without leaving any interfering residues. This detergent is extremely mild and completely soluble in both hard and soft water. It is authorized by the USDA and has a dilution ratio of 1:100 with a pH of 8.5.

Uses:

• Cleaning Applications: Suitable for healthcare instruments, laboratory ware, vacuum equipment, tissue culture ware, personal protective equipment, sampling apparatus, catheters, tubing, wine glasses, clean rooms, medical devices, optical parts, electronic components, pharmaceutical apparatus, cosmetics manufacturing equipment, metal castings, forgings and stampings, industrial parts, pipes, tanks, and reactors. Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Passes inhibitory residue test for water analysis. Ideal for phosphate-sensitive analysis ware. FDA certified.
• Soil Removal: Effectively removes soil, grit, grime, slime, grease, oils, blood, tissue, particulates, deposits, chemicals, and solvents.
• Surface Compatibility: Corrosion-inhibited formulation recommended for cleaning glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, cement, and fiberglass. Suitable for soft metals like copper, aluminum, zinc, and magnesium if rinsed promptly. Also used for art restoration. Corrosion testing is advisable.
• Cleaning Methods: Can be used by soaking, brushing, sponging, cloth application, ultrasonic cleaning, and flow-through clean-in-place systems. Not suitable for spray or machine use due to foaming.

Directions for Use:

1. Preparation: Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 tablespoons per gallon, 1 1/4 ounces per gallon, or 10 milliliters per liter) in cold, warm, or hot water. Warm water is preferred, but use cold water for blood stains. For difficult soils, increase the water temperature and use more detergent.
2. Cleaning: Clean by soaking, circulating, wiping, or using an ultrasonic method. Not suitable for spray machines due to foaming.
3. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly, preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, perform final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water.

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
