<li><b>Preparation:</b> Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 tablespoons per gallon, 1 1/4 ounces per gallon, or 10 milliliters per liter) in cold, warm, or hot water. Warm water is preferred, but use cold water for blood stains. For difficult soils, increase the water temperature and use more detergent.</li>
<li><b>Cleaning:</b> Clean by soaking, circulating, wiping, or using an ultrasonic method. Not suitable for spray machines due to foaming.</li>
<li><b>Rinsing:</b> Rinse thoroughly, preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, perform final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water.</li>
