Indications:

• Pressure injuries
• Partial and full-thickness wounds
• Leg ulcers
• Donor sites
• Lacerations and abrasions
• Skin tears
• First- and second-degree burns

Contraindications: Third-degree burns and lesions with active vasculitis.

Direction to use:

1. Cleanse the wound using Skintegrity Wound Cleanser or appropriate solution. Dry the surrounding skin to allow secure adhesion of the dressing.
2. Select the appropriate size dressing to allow the foam island to cover all breached or compromised skin.
3. Remove the back release paper and center over the wound site.
4. Smooth dressing over the wound and remove remaining window frame release paper.

Be sure dressing is securely adhered without wrinkles in the adhesive border or stretching of the skin.
