Melgisorb Ag is made in a unique way that allows for high absorbency, high wet tensile strength, and long-term antimicrobial efficacy. The alginate fibres absorb a lot of exudate, forming a soft gel that keeps the wound moist and promotes healing. The high strength fibres enable one-piece removal.
